Shipping Process

Most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne on the next working day after we receive full payment. We work with multiple trusted couriers to ensure your orders are delivered securely and promptly.

Our Trusted Couriers

We work with the following couriers to deliver your orders:

  1. Australia Post (eParcel):
    • Suitable for items weighing 22kg or less.
    • Each parcel has a barcoded address label for online tracking.
    • You’ll receive a consignment number to track your order on the Australia Post website.
  2. Aramex:
    • Used for items weighing below 22kg and offering cost-effective shipping.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
    • Aramex provides reliable courier services across Australia.
  3. Allied Express:
    • Dispatched for parcels weighing over 22kg.
    • Each parcel includes a barcoded address label for tracking.
    • Allied Express will contact you via SMS or phone before delivery.
  4. Team Global Express:
    • Ideal for parcels weighing less than 30kg.
    • Barcoded address labels are provided for tracking.
    • Please provide a non-PO Box address for delivery.
  5. Hunter Express:
    • Used for parcels weighing over 22kg.
    • Parcels come with barcoded labels for tracking.
    • Ensure a non-PO Box address is provided.
  6. Couriers Please:
    • For items weighing 25kg or less, with specific dimensions and volume limits.
    • All shipments are Authority to Leave (ATL).

Estimated Delivery Time Frames

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the season. Here are the estimated delivery time frames:

Off Season:

  • Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

Peak Season:

  • Victoria: Approximately 8 – 13 working days.
  • NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 10 – 15 working days.
  • WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 12 – 19 working days.

Please note:

  • Delivery time begins after we’ve received cleared payment and dispatched the item (usually 1-2 working days after payment).
  • We and our delivery partners cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases where your parcel is returned to us:

  • Our customer service representative will contact you via email.
  • Address discrepancies may require re-delivery, incurring additional costs.
  • For items delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made for your convenience.

Rejected by the Receiver

  • If your item is a gift, ensure the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection.
  • Re-delivery costs may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times may be extended due to various reasons.
  • If your item hasn’t arrived within ten business days, please contact our customer service team.

Undeliverable Postcodes

  • We strive to deliver to all Australian postcodes.
  • A few postcodes may incur extra shipping fees.
  • Orders with no shipment service to certain areas will be cancelled and refunded with an email notification.

Delivery to New Zealand

  • Orders to New Zealand typically take around 2 weeks from order placement to end-customer delivery.
  • Orders exceeding NZ$1000 may incur a Duty tax, processed by the courier company and charged to the end customer upon arrival.
